Practical Ways Auto Filter and Show All at Ms.Excel 2003 - For those of you who daily work with excel, we are sure you cooperate with us that you have always wanted to work more effectively and efficiently every time. Work faster, simple and accurate in every feel the blood flow. This tutorial is a practical way menu Auto Filter and Show All to represent a single button. Show All menu here is not real but the function is non-active function Auto Filter.
The way you do for both the above menu is a way:
1. select the Data menu in the menu bar
2. then select Filter and
3. Click Auto Filter
The same is done for Show All, select the Data menu and then select Auto Filter and click Show All. The second menu in 3 steps are done click the menu bar and then select the menu and select another menu. We think it's pretty boring to repeat - this step again if the need for auto filter function and all show very high
Practical way is by setting your toolbars modification.
1. Select the Tools menu in the menu bar
2. Select Customize (Customize is a requirement to enable the modification of toolbars and menu bar)
3. Then click the Data menu, select Filter
4. Auto Filter menu left-click (left click hold / not removed) ... then scroll to the menu bar or toolbars that you want, so the Auto Filter from the Menu Bar to move to a new place that is on the Toolbar as shown below.
5. Close the Customize box right-click the cross it
6. Done ... try clicking the new filter and click the button repeatedly.
For testing try on your file, you activate the Auto Filter by clicking the button you have the complete data for the needs flter Filter or shorting, the reverse if you disable the Auto Filter by clicking the button again you have eliminated the filter of your data so that data you're shorting or filter will re-appear all, Show all.
